Questions before purchase
The commercial boundary should be clear before a customer reaches checkout.
Is €799 a subscription?
No. It is a one-time licence for one production database on the purchased Odoo 19 or Odoo 18 branch. The page does not promise upgrades to later Odoo major versions.
Is printnode_base included?
No. Odoo Direct Print PRO (by VentorTech) is a paid third-party dependency and must be obtained separately for the full time XiotBox is used.
Are Runtime and SocketD inside the Odoo Apps ZIP?
No. The Apps module never downloads, installs or launches executables. Entitled release artifacts are delivered separately through Customer Downloads.
What does the one-year fixes period mean?
It covers fixes published for the purchased Odoo major-version branch. Custom development, infrastructure administration and unsupported platforms are outside that boundary.
Can I evaluate the workflow first?
Yes. Use the guided demo to inspect the supported Odoo workflow before deploying any component into production.
Review the workflow before you buy.
Use the guided demo for the product path, or read the requirements to validate your environment.
